Packing & Delivery

Our Furniture Production Process :

Good manage and control of our production process: Raw material cutting→ Board pressing → Products shaping → Edges sealing → Board drilling → QC assemble checking → Color painting → Products cleaning→Products packing →Loading for customer

1) Before the order is confirmed, we would check all the materials and the leather swatches, they should be the same as the mass production.

2) We will keep trace of every process in the manufacturing from the beginning to the end.

3) We have a QC team of 5 people. All the bed should be checked strictly by out QC team before packing.

4) We will take photos for the customers before packing.

5) Before the delivery, the clients could send the QC here to check the quality and also they can authorize the third party to check the quality here.

6) After the delivery, we will keep trace of the bed quality and try our best to help the clients when the problems happen.
